I recently had my car towed to Lube King Service Centre after the Honda dealership diagnosed an alternator issue and quoted me an expensive replacement. Since I usually trust Lube King for regular maintenance and tune-ups on my family cars, I decided to get a second opinion. Not only did they quote me a few hundred dollars less for the repair, but they also ran a thorough diagnostic and found no issue with the alternator at all. They advised against replacing it and didn’t charge me a penny for their time and effort.
This level of honesty and care left me absolutely impressed. I’ve known the previous owner, and I have to say, the young team now running Lube King is continuing the legacy with integrity and exceptional customer service. I wish them all the success they deserve and will continue recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you, Lube King!

I took my vehicle last November to have 2 of my studs replaced as they were spinning in the hub. After picking up the parts needed for it and dropping the car off, I was told that only one stud was spinning. I’m quite upset that I didn’t have done what I had asked to be done regardless of the technician thinking other wise. I’m sure they’re good at their job but I wanted it done and it was not. I’m now stuck with another spinning stud (the second one that wasn’t replaced) after one winter season. To preface the stud would only spin when it was being tightened. However now it spins when loosening and tightening. The services were on a timely fashion and were nice, so no complaints with service. My only complaint is not having my issue resolved entirely after explaining the situation the first time. I’m giving 3 stars as I’m not content with the outcome of what I required to be done.

Great service provided by lube king .that’s y they have all 5 starts.they were able to take my car quick as it was not starting .fixed in 2 hours and got it back .so happy I found a auto workshop near me which is great in all aspects .recommended

Do not recommend. Not professional.Got an engine oil leak repair more than a year ago. After that, there are issues with the engine all time. Went back twice for checking those issues, spent more money and the problems did not fixed. I just gave up eventually. Till recently, when doing a regular service, an expert told me that my car's engine is damaged and I'd better replace it.Update (26-09-2023): Thank them for reaching out to me to look for possible options helping with my car.Services: Engine repair

Was happy with the service at Lube King. The courtesy car was nice and it was clean and in good shape. My car was ready when I was told it would be and cost exactly what was quotedManuel was every nice, professional and courteous. I hope they will "accept" me as a regular client now that I've been "dumped" by Desjardins!
