A few months ago, I bought some plants from him for me and my sister, all of them have pests, and all the plants in my house and my sister got pests. We have been using pesticides for several months now and we have lost some plants. And how many hours a week are we engaged in the treatment of pests. This company does not care about its customers or its reputation.

Went there the other day, tried to speak with one of the people on the floor. First they don't speak English, have no idea what your looking for or asking. Some were just walking around like zombies. Don't know what is happening but this is all over not just here. Very sad to see the direction retail is going!

We went to the Rona South Winnipeg location. We want to give a big shout out to Hardeep Flooring Sales specialist. She was genuinely Helpful, Accommodating and Knowledgeable. She is Amazing!!! Thank you so much for all your help. We highly recommend her and, this Rona location for your home and business renos. The staff are pleasant and always very helpful.

Both employees we talked to were either incompetent or incompetent and rude. Took over an hour to purchase a product that nobody knew if it was correct or not. Long wait times despite a lack of customers, and an employee named Doug was especially rude and constantly questioning why we wanted the product we needed. Not coming back unless it's for returns.

I recently visited Rona + South to purchase some products, but there was very few left, and the salesperson was very helpful and accommodating to phone another store to confirm stock there.Kudos to them.

Spacious, we were there to look for lighting and ideas for the house. A lot of variety however it seems it's been the same for a while, not sure how often they change their display could use some newer lights. Clean, organized. Friendly staff where they acknowledge you but know when to leave you be. Planning to buy materials here in the future. It was a good experience to browse to get ideas. Oh for appliances they have lots of options however we could not find a microwave that is not for over the hood range. Looking for a wall microwave combo air fryer. Otherwise there's variety for all other appliances.

We had placed an order online for in store pick up. We waited and waited and waited. No email was received that the item was ready for pick up. We drove to the store and checked in with online order pick ups. Explained the situation and was told "if I wanted to go get it myself the order can be processed." So, I did just that. Then waited in line for the staff member to complete the paperwork that the order had been picked and ready for pick up, then the process of picking up the item. Don't offer in store pick up of an item if staff don't have the ability (or want) to pick the order in the timeframe set out online.

No staff on a Sunday to ask any questions . We then went to Home Depot full of staff and full of people. I sometimes question why I waste my time going to Rona + as it offers NOTHING!!!!

Poor after sales support for Kobalt products. Don't trust that Kobalt products in warranty will be repaired/replaced without hasle. Very disappointed.
