Called earlier in the morning and they were able to get me in for 3:00pm, they are so kind and sweet. They asked questions to get me exactly what I wanted . And it turned out perfect. Can’t wait to be back here .The Zoe kravitz braids are my signature style with extensions at the back and they nailed it .

I usually go to Lola's for my wigs and I have always found them helpful and professional. They do not rush me and show options as long as I give an idea of my needs.They have a great selection and were even recommended by another store that sells wigs. I like their affordable merchandise. Many years ago when I coloured my hair, I would call and they would keep the colour for me, as I lived far away. I like the service that they provide.

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They explained exactly what was needed to get the look I wanted, and they took their time to find an exact color match for my extensions. Would highly recommend and come here again!

I had the worse nightmare!!!! The hair dresser can't do cornrows at all. I went back so she can fix it but couldn't.

Went in for a trim, the nice ladies fixed my uneven hair lol. They took me in last minute and it was a friendly environment, was greeted with a smile. I walked around the store to take a look at their products- they’re well stocked and fairly priced. I’ll be returning to get some hair products.

Idk how this place have 4 stars, horrible customer service and no time or customers respect, not to mention how insanely over priced everything is. I say Take your business somewhere else because they act like they don’t need it.
