Waited 15 min for the sales associate Daria to finish having a conversation with a friend to ask for a product. When I get the product she puts the other one I want in the cabinet and continues to talk to the friend. Had to wait again and interrupt the conversation to ask for help. Gives the friend a hand full of samples and helps me out rudely and doesn’t apology and say sorry. I asked where the lip balms are and just pointe to them at the front. Very unhelpful and horrible experience with Daria. Highly unprofessional as I was the only other person the store. Wouldn’t recommend buying in store but online only. The customer services isn’t great at all 0/10

I was looking for a hand cream and the lady at the counter suggested me to give the 20% shea butter dry skin hand cream from Loccitane en Provence a try. What I liked is the service was prompt and the product gave me instant results!

I would give one because of the bad customer service of the asian lady! Firstly, she should not tell to customers that the new lady who was on training doesn’t know what she was doing—actually the new lady has a more positive vibes and better customer service than her.Then she just entertained my friend (maybe because they are from the same country)-don’t get me wrong about it but I love my friend—she only offered my friend a sample and totally ignored me!!Bye girl—you should undergo customer service seminar

I love l'occitane products!!! In my opinion they are well worth it. As far as customer service it's a touch and go. The part-time staff needs more training in product and the art of customer service.

I am a huge l'Occitane fan and am grateful we have a physical store location in Winnipeg. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Did you know that l'Occitane packaging has braille labelling too??

I called to inquire about a product and whether curbside pickup was available. The guy who answered was incredibly friendly and helpful, which is something I don’t see in retail too often. I will order more products for pickup from this location in the future!

Anytime I have stepped into this store, staff have been friendly, which is always appreciated. This is more of a review regarding a couple of their products I received over Christmas: If you have not tried it yet, you absolutely need to try the dry skin hand cream (20% shea butter) especially during these times of excessive hand sanitizer use, its AMAZING. The almond shampoo and conditioner also did wonders for my hair (this is speaking from an undyed head of hair, not sure how it would be with dyed hair?)so thank you for creating such helpful products!
