I submitted my prescription a week in advance, but a Wednesday later, I was informed it was out of stock and couldn't be filled until the following week. Medication is crucial, and it's important to communicate promptly if there are stock issues. There needs to be better accountability in handling prescriptions to ensure customers get their necessary medication without delays.

I absolutely cannot stand this pharmacy. Always backed up and overwhelmed. But some of the pharmacists really are trying their best (shout out to Darlene).

Terrible service, wait forever n have had them lose prescriptions! Try a gateway pharmacy on Gateway in strip beside co- op, best service ever and prescriptions ready in 29 mins!!

Online say’s pharmacy is open until 6pm and they are closed when I get there at 4:30. Always something every time I come here. Always stressful when I come here. Will be switching pharmacies.

prescriptions never ready on time, if you call you’re on hold for 15-20 minutes, staff can be nice but can also be really dismissive.

They never have my medicine ready! I'm so frustrated, I'm going to pay the higher dispensing fee & go to Shoppers on Henderson. Will also be easier for parking & less of a lineup

I had worst experience in this pharmacy, staff members are very rude and did not pay attention to people who has insurance coverage when we ask for insurance they say waiting time one week only for insurance holder what others they give immediately .I did not recommend this pharmacy to anyone .

I have my meds on automatic refill, more than once my prescription has not been filled. So I've gotten into the habit of calling first, they tell me theyll be ready by (example) 2pm they never have it ready. This time I was out of refills, I called my doctor she sent the prescription Tuesday. I called Friday wondering why they haven't called me that its ready. They said they'd have it by 1pm. I gave them a day. It is now Saturday and guess what, I am waiting again as it is STILL NOT READY!!! Seriously

I have literally, no exaggeration, been calling on the hour, every hour. They do NOT answer their phone. I sat on hold over and over the one time they answered (out of at least 50 attempts) they picked up and hung up. When I called customer service the first time I was told, "yah, I don't know why they're not answering" the 2nd time I was rudely told "they do answer, you just have to wait on hold" really bad experience. If I could give a negative score I would.
