I have had multiple negative experiences at this pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to warn others. The staff here are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. On my most recent visit, they didn't even take the time to listen to my question, making me feel rushed and dismissed.
This isn't the first time I've encountered such poor customer service at this location. Each visit has been met with the same level of unprofessionalism. Due to these repeated negative interactions, I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. There are many other options out there where you will be treated with the respect and attentiveness every customer deserves.

So this is the first time I encountered a rude pharmacist behaviour in Winnipeg, when asking him about an on shelf medication which to choose from and what’s the difference, the guy was talking loud, irrespective , and fast ! He seems to be middle eastern with all respect, but I have never encountered such a behaviour from any other pharmacist before in this pharmacy or other pharmacies for years.

Terrible at answering the phone. I'll be on hold for a long time and then randomly get hung up on and have to restart the whole thing. And if I try to refill a prescription through the automated refill it always tells me I can't refill and to call the pharmacy directly.Also the phone system makes me reselect the options every 2 mins.

Never go here, absolutely horrible. It took every muscle in my body not to snap on them today waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before while my pregnant wife is suffering in the car for an hour. I am absolutely livid right now.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Doctors say they fax prescriptions, and they are constantly saying they haven’t received them. Their texting system doesn’t work correctly if you want refills. And to call and ask a question, be prepared to be put on hold for God knows how long (i hung up after 35 minutes) - that is unacceptable and beyond u professional. If you don’t have enough staff to keep up with the volume: hire more staff. And do they even read these reviews and try to correct issues - it would seem they do not.

Worst pharmacy! Don’t go there.
They’ve “lost” my prescription more than once. Told me medications weren’t covered by my insurance when they actually were. I’ve only got the “lost” prescriptions after a lot of attitude from staff and me refusing to leave until I got it. They magically found it then.

Decent prices. You have to wait a bit to get prescriptions filled, but good service.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and it wasn’t bad before but like now it’s so draining. I’ve been trying to call them for the last two days and everytime I do they’re always putting me on hold and it’s not fair because I don’t want to just get up and go there just to ask if my prescription was faxed there or not. The phone line is terrible and so unhelpful. Sometimes even the call disconnects and I’ll try calling back but they don’t even answer and I’m just waiting there for someone to pick up and just answer one question. After this i’m changing my pharmacy because this is just unprofessional

My boyfriend and I went to get his prescription tonight and the young woman there, Heaven (beautiful name by the way) was so friendly, kind and helpful. I could go on because she was really great and provided great customer service. I hope Heaven sees this and knows what a great employee she is.

the pharmacist - I believe his name is Andy - is fantastic. He's given me my last 2 covid shots - and was painless. Also - Janet the assistant to the pharmacist is very professional and helpful. Thanks to them both.

Rude, disorganized and incompetent adequately describes this pharmacy. Took my prescriptions elsewhere after having nothing but issues with this pharmacy, with just simple prescription refills, and got tired of the rude and condescending staff and pharmacist.
