On October 10th I contacted Life Assure to enquire about their Medical Alert System. I was very satisfied with what was explained to me and how the system works, so I enrolled in the program. I was sent all that was needed a few days later. They walked me through the setup which was relatively simple. I later had to make some updates to my Emergency Contact and this was done as expected. I have to say thank you to Amanda Scott who was able to have this done over the phone and confirmation sent to me immediately. Thank you Amanda for your excellent service.

This company has the absolute best customer service. After we had experienced some issues with my mother not being able to properly hear and communicate with the Classic system ( which uses a base unit to communicate from), Taylor from Life Assure customer service contacted me , within 24 hours of reading our concerns.
She suggested that the Premium mobile unit would be a better fit for my mother as there is a speaker in the unit that she wears which resolves our previous concern.
We agreed with her suggestion and are looking forward to switching the units. Taylor was very pleasant to deal with and listened to our concerns. Honestly this is the best customer service I have experienced, and it shows this company really does care about its clients.

Oct 30 2024 - Very helpful staff - Tarn responded to our questions knowledgeable and friendly service. Our experience with the fall detect unit has been excellent, fast helpful and they inform the contact persons immediately and effectively. Wouldn't be without this service, it give great peace of mind.

Staff have been very helpful. They have answered our questions promptly. Testing the device was easy and their response time was almost immediate. They notified us within a minute. Great relief for us.
The device has a short battery life. 24hrs or less requiring 4 - 5 hrs charging. It requires charging daily. This can be an issue for our mother to do on her own. Longer battery life and faster charging would be a bonus.
We had difficulty with the wrisit fall dect unit. After speaking with staff they sent a new unit. It works great. Battery life last 48hrs or more, charging unit is fast.

After receiving my unit prior to my vacation. And upon my return I immediately became sick, it meant that I had the alarm for nearly a month without activating. I called Life Assure and they walked me through the process of activating and were extremely helpful, in a professional style making me feel totally comfortable. As this was my first contact after receipt of the unit I was very impressed. It is great to have peace of mind knowing that if anything should happen I am not alone.

I have had the monitor for under two weeks now. It is extremely sensitive and I have accidentally set it off a few times. But it is good to know help is available if I need it. I feel reassured when I am alone and my son's at work. Thank you Life Assure.

I got help from Taylor. My unit was way to loud. She got it down to a tolerable level for me. She also answered a couple of questions for me. She was very knowledgeable about the system. Very friendly to talk to.

Horrible. Sent away for the information to potentially assist my wife's Mom. They called for follow-up. And the pressure was on. 3 times I told her, no, don't send anything to us until we as a family have made a decision and wife's Mom agrees. 3 times I said no. She just would not take no for an answer and I had to finally hang up on her.
I tremble to think what "hard-sell" they use on vulnerable seniors. My family is re-thinking this as an option due to this.
