i called Laurie just now and asking to see what rates are out there because my mortgage is up for renewal in May 2024. She replied to me in all honesty what is the best rate out there without hesitation and without luring me to sign up with her. if my current lender didnt offer the best variable rate, i will surely go with Laurie. Laurie was fantastic! I reached out late on a Friday evening feeling discouraged with the lending process. She called back right away and reassured me there is hope. She was fantastic throughout the process with quick responses, next steps and expertise. Most of all, she really listened to our story, and did everything she could to help with the journey. Laurie is great to work with when it comes to your mortgage adventure. She is very helpful with any questions you might have and looks out for whats best and what works for you when it comes to finding you the best options for your lender, she looks out for the lowest interest rates. I cannot express how incredible Laurie is! She is truly a kind, honest and well connected person as she has been in this business for a long time.
