To be honest I wasn't really looking forward to shop for furniture. From past experience it was either being ignored by the sales people or 3 representatives all at once in your face.The moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by a cheerful greeting that calmed my worries immediately. Laura guided us to the perfect set of seating that was exactly what we were looking for and I (half jokingly) asked if I could just remain in the seating for the rest of the day. Laura made every step easy and understandable especially with the coverage of warranties.I highly recommend La-Z-Boy home Furnishings & Decor for the quality of not just craftsmanship, but also the quality people on their staff. Bought two beautiful recliners. Kristi was the associate the helped us with our purchase. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She introduced herself then gave us time to browse on our own. Once we had decided on what we we're looking for, she was able to help with our choice, she is extremely knowledgeable.Overall a great shopping experience.

After 20 years I decided to purchase a new Recliner,so I went to La-Z-Boy in Winnipeg thinking it was the best quality and service, Boy that was a big mistake after purchasing what I was told top quality leather my chair after 12 months of use stated peeling went to the store no help sent to warehouse and was told it woul cost me $150. For someone to look at it even extra insurance was told normal wear and tear , Total waste of money ! Poor quality and service . Save your money!
