Asking for help feels like you just walked into someone’s house un-invited, you get the look, like-what are you doing here? I’ve tried to give the people who work there the benefit of the doubt, maybe they just had a bad day. But every single time, without fail, I get the snobby treatment. They act like ringing in my order is an inconvenience. Well, I’ve taken the hint and taken my business elsewhere.

We ordered a grouping of gift baskets for a corporate event through Antonio. He took great care of us and even made sure it was delivered exactly the way it needed to be. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The wine selection is fair, though the fine wines are priced excessively above market, in my experience. For instance, Bordeaux appears about 20-30% more costly than it should be. Kenaston Wine Market and Banville & Jones are more reasonable in that regard.
