I was sent running around to 3 different places before ending up at this location. Staff/manager was amazing! Problem solved and got my phone reset and running without any cost involved! Simple solution that just needed the right person to take the time and effort to actually look at it instead of passing it to someone else. Super thankful for excellent service this afternoon!

THE Worst Customer Service I Have Experienced In 64 Years. Matthew Sousa Is Extremely Rude And Unprofessional. The Manager Named Christa Doesn't Care About Koodo Customers Or Her Job. There Is Only One Customer Service Rep Named Francis Who Helps Customers And He Is Polite And Respectful. Go To Any Other Koodo Kiosk Than Polo Park. This Joke Of A Business Should Be SHUT DOWN

I'm not satisfied with their ability to handle customer's needs based on my experience. When I followed up on the item that part of the promo package last month, they said that the item was no longer available. The Sale person, particularly assigned at the kiosk northwest part of the Polo Park, Winnipeg, he was so rude! Of course, I am disappointed he couldn't even apologize for these circumstances. He even argued with me that this wasn't his fault. Is this how they treat a customer??? Don't believe in their promos!

I was in search of a new phone and this Koodo location made the process swift and easy. I was particularly impressed by the associate who assisted me, Matthew, as he was incredibly helpful. Apart from being knowledgeable, he was friendly and fun to interact with and at same time carried himself with professionalism throughout the entire process.
