My brother introduced me to this shop. My engine lite was on and i did not like this. They scoped found the problem fixed for a reasonable amount. They did quote the price before before fixing and stuck to it. Now my lite is off and i am very happy.

Fair and honest pricing. This shop was recommended to me by not one "car guy" I know, but both! I've had my car serviced there 3 times so far in the last couple years and they've taken the time to answer all of my questions(which can be many!) and take into account my budget and prioritize accordingly.

I've brought my vehicle to them a few times now, and I've been impressed each time! My vehicle is one of those with a bad reputation as far as reliability, etc, so repairs can quickly get tricky, but each time the team at Keystone has shown significant understanding and explained things in a way where I could understand what was happening. They've also shown a lot more persistence looking for the issue than some places when for example my vehicle makes strange sounds for me, but acts like an "angel" the moment I take it there. After trying another place out of convenience for something as basic as an oil change and seeing signs now that the other place messed up (considering an oil change was needed sooner than usual) I will keep returning to Keystone!! Thank you to the team at Keystone, I also appreciate always being able to get a courtesy vehicle without issue as long as I include that when booking!

Terrible first and last experience. Recently got an oil change done and had to take my vehicle to another shop. The splash shield was not put back properly (missing screws) and the wrong drain plug was used so my vehicle has been leaking oil. How can you trust a shop that can't even get the most basic auto maintenance done properly?
