I will suggest not to go kal tire they charged me 70 dollar for damage tire saying that their is nail inside in tire they repair my tire and came home tire could again damage so i went to mechanic show what is problem and rim was slightly damage and air is leaking from that see what servic kal tiire is providing scaming the people

KalTire employees in Winnipeg lie and deceive customers. They do not know the correct tire pressure for different types of wheels. When you try to explain it to them, they become rude and threaten to call the company and complain about you. I had to show them what the correct tire pressure should be. The pressure is indicated on the tire. After the work was completed, I checked the pressure, and it was low. I asked them to correct it, but they just ignored me!
It took them an extremely long time. They had to rotate one tire on the rim and change one tire on the trailer, and it took them 2 hours! There was no one else there, just my truck. Absolutely deceitful and unprofessional staff who perform tire replacements.

This place must be making money hand over fist because their employees couldn’t care less about doing their jobs or treating you with a modicum of respect, specifically whoever works up front and answers the phones. Called to make an appointment to get tires put on my car, was treated less then professionally, then was called two days later to say the appointment will have to be rescheduled to early next week and I’d get a call. It’s been two weeks. Good job, I’ll go elsewhere and make sure my business does as well.

Recently did a bunch of body work and engine work on a classic van. brought it in to get my new tires put onto my old rims when I got the van back they hadn't put any valve stem caps on and they left every wheel with a thick layer of oil and grease all over, this was my first time dealing with this business
Next time I would rather to be told GFYS instead of careless work on my vehicles

I had really good experience. People who work here are really nice. Avijot Singh, at the front desk, helped me chose the right tires and recommended me the right amount of services required for my car without pressuring, which I really appreciate it.

THANKS FOR THE INDY 500 PIT CREW EXPERIENCE @ BROOKSIDE BLVD AVE LOCATION TODAY...for a couple of folks piloting an r/v that encountered a puncture episode, just as they were setting out to return to AB. Am more than happy to submit this great review on their behalf, on a great customer service experience, that in turn went a long way towards helping said travelers get back on the road. Have been on the receiving end of great experience myself from Kal-Tire thanks to a decade-plus of Nokian all-weather tires on a Toyota Matrix--another story...Keep up the great work KT, & many thanks again for helping out a couple friends on the go...!

Had tires balanced and when I left it was still shaky. Checked my tire psi and both driver side where at 20 psi. Can not balance tires without proper psi. Also, when I picked it up I was handed the keys and was not told to have wheel nuts retorqued after 100 km. I recieved more knowledgable service at Cdn Tire.
