Hello Few months ago I have done work on my Chrysler 300 and they were supposed to change from old to new control arms and some other parts like wheel bearings. All of the work was done for my car and I drive it for few weeks I have seen that my car steering would turn left or right harder.
I have inspected my car from Dodge Dealership and give me written invoice and they have said that because of improperly installed Control arms it made my tires out and that put pressure on my Driveshaft assembly and now my Driveshaft assembly is no good.
I have talked with this shop all of the information and this shop fixed the Control Arms improperly and the shop owner have directly declined that this cannot be done and we did everything right.
This shop is directly saying what we do is right and what the professionals and Red Seal technicians says it’s wrong these Shop Technicians are not well experienced that cannot replace any parts on any vehicle and if they have replace it will be improperly and will cause other things on vehicles.
I will recommended that please be aware of these shops and if you guys are not aware of these shops then these circumstances will happen that have happened to us. I will say that if you are not aware of these shops then just get oil change and tire work from these shops.
These Shops does not know the difference between a Automotive Technician and Automotive Mechanic they are only Mechanics not Technicians and can only do oil changes and tire work but they cannot do repair work like replacing or any transmission or engine work on vehicles.
This shop do any work like that it will be mistakes on work they will get done and it will cost you more money then it is the work be get done on the vehicles.
I will recommended to everyone that please don’t get any repair done from this shop only tire work and Oil changes also this shop staff and employees are very rude and are not polite if I am getting late for work also if I request can you please make it a little quicker on the job I need to take this car on work.
They will not listen and says if you want then you can take your car we cannot do anything about it and there mechanics does not listen and the owner of this shop and Mechanics I think are not polite with any customers.

Been to these guys twice. If you want a cheap and honest mechanic they are the one,s I would recommend and also they are quick with their service unlike others.
Even though I stay at Steinbach I take my car just for service to them anytime.

Had best experience with jsg auto repair. They provide best service to thier customers. No fraud charges or extra charges to customer. I went there few times, they always give me best price compared to all other mechanic shops.
