Originally last February we had a ring (purchased some years ago from another jeweller) repaired and restructured with a replacement diamond. Sadly, the diamond was lost 8 months later - in mid September. We contacted Bill at Vandenbergs and he responded immediately which relieved the stress and anxiety we had been feeling at the loss. The stone was replaced and set in a timely manner. We are grateful for the service provided by Bill and Vandenbergs.”

She is very patient and conscientious in the process of explaining the procedure of taking in items on consignment and the time/care taken in the process of re-selling them. One of the items was sold before it was ready for placement in the display case because she felt it was a good fit for what a buyer was looking for and she was right resulting in a happy experience for both buyer and seller.I have also had a treasured item cleaned, I thought it would be at least a week but Linda phoned the next day to inform me it's ready for pick up. Linda was also prompt to let me know when payment was available for pick up for the above mentioned sale.A & A is a gem in the Winnipeg Jeweller scene, there's really nowhere else that sells vintage/estate jewellery like they do. “Very pleased with Winnipeg Jewellers! After taking a few watches in for battery changes and assessments, I brought in a 1940s-era military aircraft clock that needed an overhaul. He initially didn't think he could open it but after a bit of time, he managed to get access to the internals. Incredibly, that 80+ year old aircraft clock now runs as good as the day it was made, if not better! If you can fix an antique timepiece such as that, I'll certainly trust you with the better watches in my collection. Low key, unassuming, very knowledgeable and always professional. 5 stars!”

“I had an excellent experience shopping at Michael Hill a few months ago and promised myself I'd take the time to leave a review. (Better late than never!). The sales associate that served me very well was Kirsten S. at the Polo Park Mall location. I was the lucky recipient of a $500 gift card and came with my wishlist of items that I bookmarked from the website. Kirsten was very quick to bring all the items (most of them in stock) and a few comparable items as well. She was enthusiastic, patient and made my experience a great one. There was a sale as well, and I bought enough items that I ended up spending slightly over my gift card, but I'm happy with my jewellery items. All of the staff seemed very helpful at both locations (including the Outlet Mall) and she even unkrimped my existing necklace that got knotted up. She also wrapped up everything nicely for me as the gift it was intended to be for myself. I wanted to share this positive experience because friendly, helpful sales staff are a great asset to a retail store and they should be recognized when they do a great job. Thank you!”
