Do not use this location as a UPS Access point.
According to UPS, the owner refused my package because he "did not order it" and it was sent back to the shipper. (Of course you didn't order it, you are a UPS access point)
UPS informed me they have no control over the access points and I will have to pay for shipping a second time once the package gets back to the shipper.
Use a UPS store as a pickup point to avoid this issue.

I went here to rent a uHaul. It was very easy and the staff/owners are nice. I rented a 15’ uHaul for a few hours and came to just under $60($70 if you count the gas).
You choose either the 2 hour option or 24 hour option, both are the same base rate so it’s a no brainer to choose the 24 hour option(you don’t have to keep it for 24 hours). You fill up on gas to where you left it at and they charge based on the kilometres you drive.
Other than that, the store itself was clean and looked like it had a good selection of things. Overall great experience, if I ever need a uHaul again, this is the place I’m going.

This place is too small. It only has one of everything. One employee and he was bogged down with a UPS order. Service was average, and the store was average. I would not come back to this place.

Worst service, everytime I go in. This is the 3rd time they have given the wrong product asked for. I ask for SELECT and everytime the lady behind the counter says EXTRA, I say no, SELECT and she still hands me EXTRA. You can't even call the store and ask if they have the correct kind because they are always on the phone and Google has about 3 different phone numbers for the store.

They always close early (15 to 30 minutes before posted hours). Very frustrating operation.

Called several times until someone answered about 5:30pm. The person said store was opened until 8pm. (I have a package to pick up.) Took a cab & got there at 7:10pm. IT WAS CLOSED! Wasted $13.00. So far this "convenience" store has been an inconvenience.Called next day to make sure they were opened, but no answer after many attempts and voice box was full. (They apparently have grocery delivery, but how is that possible if they don't answer the phone?)Update: Took a chance. They were open & I picked up the parcel.Owners seemed quite nice. Decent store if you're driving by & it's opened. If only they'd answer their phone & keep to their hours.

Great store. Called about a package to see if it was ready for pickup, the fellow who answered was very kind and informative. When I went to pick it up later that night, he and another lady were there. They helped me out and made sure everything was good to go. Amazing customer service.

Very clean and organized store and they have nice Italian pizz?. Always have the products in stock and always fresh! Tanha from the store is always friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend over the other major chains in the area!
