Service top notch. We normally call-in orders but turned up to shop recently. Staff: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely recommend shopping here. We have be working with Imperial Soap for abiut 18months.Give them a shot and you'll be happy!

As a small business owner I’ve been Been dealing with them for a long while now. As for the product side , I am very happy with the soaps I am continually using. If I need something else specifically the staff are very knowledgeable and stock is always available As for the service department it is 100% when I bring my equipment in for repair it is fixed very promptly or while I wait great service. Sometimes I have to tell Cal that I am not taking my stuff anywhere else for service..... he just fixes it right the first time. I highly recommend this company and would not go any where else. Thank you everyone here for making my job as a business owner easy to operate ! I certainly couldn’t run without you guys
