Came for breakfast a family in front of us some how took 20 minutes causing us to miss the breakfast. Annoying but understandable. Got a poutine that was more gravy than fries, partner got the classic meatballs. The till stopped working while standing there, had to scramble for some cash. Condiments don’t exist outside of ketchup. Ended up eating maybe a bite of each meal before just walking away.

It's always fun to have a good hearty and affordable food at Ikea. Nothing is overpriced. Everything is fresh. Great to take a break while shopping at Ikea.

I go there a few times per year and have never had issues before. But on June 17th I got veggie balls that were on discount and ended up with food poisoning that lasted 3 days. The issue was definitely with the food as I didn’t eat anything else that day. It was extremely upsetting as I do love it there. Hopefully, no one else got sick.

Vegetarian options: Plant balls and veggie balls are great for vegetarian options.
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly with great value for kids. Fun atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible with elevators

Food is fantastic, especially salmon with steamed vegetables - tastes really european. Cheesecake is delicious too. I also enjoyed soft drinks, especially the pear one with a free refill option. If you have a family card - sign up free online, you can get free coffee or tea. However, not every cashier would offer you that. From the downsides - the cup was chipped, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy.However, overall it was fine, I would go there againIt cost me around 60 CAD for two with tips

Good day, Contacted IKEA Canada and the toll free number. Told them my issue and was told that each IKEA has different policies. They would forward my issue to customer service at IKEA Wpg. so they could deal with it. Still waiting for a reply from the Customer Service in Wpg. It has been almost 3 weeks and waiting.
