We have dealt with Indy at the St.Vital location over the past few years for various indoor and outdoor furniture purchases. He is very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in the care he provides and the advice he gives. I trust his opinion and suggestions. We keep going back because of him.

I wouldn’t work at the bay they are extremely abusive to their staff, they constantly make their staff cry. And don’t feel bad about it. They also yell at their staff in front of customers. The customers complain about management and management still refuses to change their ways. They just remain abusive I give this place zero stars. I don’t see the bay lasting much longer.

My experience was great. I bought some jewelry. They had a big sale. The customer service was excellent. The salesperson was very kind and polite. I am very satisfied.

Paid for a couch to be delivered to my house. They destroyed my new front door. Scratches all over it. I've phoned and sent pictures numerous times. Kept saying "sorry, a manager will call you back". No call backs. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THE BAY.

It's a very big chain store in st. Vital centre Winnipeg Manitoba, here you can find different things you need, on the main floor you can find items ranging from clothes (including winter jackets, hats, gloves etc.), babies wears, male and female corporate wears, night wears, shoes etc. while at the first floor you can find house wares like beds, mattresses, duvets, cooking utensils like pots, stove, blenders, spoons, fork, knifes, frames, flower pots, traveling bags, microwaves etc. and their customer services are very friendly.

Love that Bay. But please keep the homeless people out of the entrance to the store. It is very unnerving!!
