Then we met Julia..who went out of her way to assist us.She also helped me with buying a fixture and explained about the different bulbs.She is customer service at its best..she deserves a raise..and no we are not related..Thanks again Julia”

On the last occassion I went looking to replace a sliding patio door that I'd seen online. Turns out it was only available in USA..
The store associate looked it up and apologized for not having what I needed,but,made an effort via computer to find me an alternate place .
