Pleasant guy to deal with but always in a hurry. Seemed to be rushing between job sites! Didn't use a drop cloth for his work. Finishing was terrible. when Replacing baseboards and door frames, they were either chipped, broken, not nailed down or not placed properly. The transition at the back door was actually broke a nd he never even mentioned it. Also it will not stay down where it should be . Now there is one of the planks that have chipped where it joined another board and it is not even in the area of common use. Would not hire for another job. Lynn Handregan

I have had Hero Snow Removal and Lawn Care look after my property since I moved into the city over 3 years ago. I have received exemplary service and work with the communication being positively outstanding. There is an absolutely awesome tracking system so I am able to know when I will have my snow cleared. Nathan is not only polite and friendly but respectful and knowledgeable. Definately would recommend this company. Thank you Nathan and your team at Hero.

We have a lawn that would take hours of maintenance every week. Before long, summer was over without many opportunities to sit back and enjoy our hard work. Glowing referrals from friends regarding Hero’s lawn care service in Winnipeg convinced us to try it out. Hero has exceeded my expectations by providing superior quality, efficient service and an overall professional customer service experience; and I love that they maintain a confidential online tracking system! It is delightful having the friendly people of Hero to maintain our lawn – thanks to them we have more time to sit back and enjoy our backyard during our short prairie summers!

Deciding to get my grass cut professionally has made my summers. Nathan comes once a week and cuts my grass in about an 1/8th of the time that I could do it myself. The service is outstanding!!!

very satisfied with hero snow removal. very dependable and never misses cleaning your driveway or late. when it snows you can be sure that your drive way is clean when you wake up in the morning this is an advantage over most other snow removal companys

Hero Snow Removal & Lawn Care have been maintaining our property for a few years now and they've been absolutely phenomenal to deal with! They are always incredibly quick to tend to whatever our needs are be it lawn maintenance or dealing with a heavy snow fall to clear the driveway so I can get out of the garage the next morning. They're impressive tracking system lets you know where you are in the route progress and when to expect your property to be tended to which is a great feature!

I worked as an employee for Hero. I helped them offer an on-time snow removal service and also helped market their lawn care service. The work was intense but the pay was worth it and the culture was encouraging.
Hero always made sure our work had everything in mind. From the demands of the customer to the quality and timeliness of our work. It was a rewarding experience to be part of a team who offered this reliability and promptness to customers. I left Hero for a once in a lifetime work experience abroad.
