Prices are about the same as Popeyes. The location is not ideal. But the protein shake "bar" is awesome and delicious. Worth the visit just for that.

Meet Brett and Jessica, an active, hard-working, and passionate couple – and one of HERC’s Nutritions' very own success stories!
Brett and Jess opened their HERC’s Nutrition store in Winnipeg in May 2020, amidst the chaos of a global pandemic. While this isn’t the way anybody would want to start a new journey, they accepted the challenge with hard work and hope – and it’s paying off. Even though the store had to start off with modified hours and a smaller-than-ideal customer capacity, it’s clear that its short opening has already started to make an impact on the community.
