Went to this location to get an oil change but had to leave as I waited in line for over 1/2 hour (I was the only car) Came back and had an oil change done. My wife later advised she heard a noise coming from the bottom of the car. Realized they did not put the skid plate back on properly. Went back to the location to talk to a manager. Spent 45 min for them to bend skid plate back straight and reattach. The employee advised they did not attach it properly with the right size screws and this is why it fell off. Advised they would give me a $15 off coupon for my trouble. Manager never came over to deal with issues just left it up to employee to deal with. Very unhappy with customer service and would never recommend this location.

Thank all staff for good service. There were many visitors and I waited a little but they all were polite and attentive with me. I want to say special thanks to Illia, he was very friendly and helped me with communication (I don't speak English very well))

Was told it would be a 5 min wait, turned into a 25 minute wait then 30+ minutes to get a oil change. Go to Mr.Lube instead unless u wanna waste a afternoon here.

Excellent service and it was done very quick and professional. The guys working there were very kind and they never pushed anything on me to get done just recommendations. Will definitely come back here and I would highly recommend them over competitors like Jiffy Lube.
