Wanted to leave a review for an excellent experience I had looking for some new irons for the season. I was approached by Nate in store who listened attentively to what I was looking for. Nate was incredible at gauging the clubs I was interested in, gave some tips as to clubs that would best fit my game, and quickly set up up with a fitter Jonathan. The two of them are incredible at helping to you find the best product for your golf swing, were educational throughout the process, and put me in the driver seat for decisions with no sales pressure. Thanks Jonathan and Nate for an incredible experience the two of you are great at what ya do. Excited for the new clubs

Recently I took advantage of the Grip Event and had my irons regripped and lengthened. I read some comments prior and was warned to be ready for a long turnover. Okay, with me, it's winter. The gentleman at the repair desk was knowledgeable, and if he wasn't sure, he would ask a coworker. I like that as he did not want to give me any false advice. It was about 3 days later that I received a phone call from Golf Town advising me that my clubs were ready. I was most definitely pleased.

I had Kyle help me when I was looking for a new putter, he showed me all kinds of necks on the putter and what they do, I was happy when he asked me my price point. Kyle's customer service was great and thanks for helping me walk out with a scotty

I came in looking to get a gift for my friend and Grant did an exceptional job explaining the differences between golf balls and tees. I was never felt pressured to buy the products on the higher end. Instead I was given quality knowledge on golf products. 10/10 give that man a raise!

Old club tech guy that's been there a long time should quit and go away. Rude , arrogant and for a guy that's been there for so long he sure never has anything informative to say. Will be buying from caddy shed from now on
