BEWARE bought a truck for are business, financing went smooth upon buying it we had an agreement with the sales guy to fix all the little scratches, brought the truck in a couple weeks later to get the scratches fixed and when they called us to pick up the truck it looked WORSE then before. Dan the sales Manager got involved at this point and said they would fix the scratchers and damages that they caused , got nothing but the run around canceling appointments that were set ect when the truck finally went in again I called him to ask him to double check to make sure the truck was fixed properly this time, I couldn’t even get a word in he was extremely rude yelling on the phone and wouldn’t let me speak told me they worked on the truck for 7 hours meanwhile they had only had the truck for a total of 5 hours.
I CANT STRESS ENOUGH SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This is Worst dealership in Canada. Few weeks ago we saw one suv, contact the seller, he requested to put deposit to hold the vehicle. We e transfer $ 500, after few days we decided not to buy the vehicle for some personal reasons. Now we contacted the dealership for our refund back, even they have already sold the vehicle.we don’t recommend this dealership to everyone to deal with this type customer service

Went in for an oil change at 2pm. Arrived earlier and was told to take a seat in the waiting room. Waited for an hour and went back to check for and update and they were still doing the oil change and according to the service desk they didn’t take the car in until later. What is the point of having an appointment. I had to keep asking for updates on my own and no one came up to me to tell me the status in my vehicle. After almost 2 hours they finished the oil change but we’re still “looking” for a technician to look at my other issue. If I had been told it was going to take 2 hours I would have left and came back. I wasted a lot of time just waiting around, and the lack of communication needs work.

We were very pleased with our experience at Gauthier Cadillac located on 2400 McPhillips St. Winnipeg, MB. Darryl Cabaltera-Brand Ambassador was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy at all, rather extremely professional, informative, and made it a very personal experience. He was genuinely as excited as we were to find us the perfect vehicle that met both our needs and wants. He went above and beyond to take care of us, spent much time with us going through all the technical features, and answering all our questions. Once the sale was complete, he continued to make himself available to provide any assistance or answer any questions with our vehicle should they arise. We highly recommend car shopping here if you want an honest, personal, and accommodating experience.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Cadillac XT4 a week ago from this dealership and had a very smooth and amazing experience. Prior to test driving, Darryl Cabaltera (Sales) explained to me in great detail the specs and the "hows" of the car, which he also did the same when I picked up the car. Brian Perkins (Finance Manager) also explained everything in detail to me, ensuring all my questions were answered. Receiving multiple emails from the staff and managers of this dealership to show their gratitude for my business was very appreciated as well. I feel taken care of and I trust that I will have no issues obtaining the after sales service I will require in the future (i.e for when I come back for my oil changes and etc.). I highly recommend this place!!!

BUYER BEWARE If you are buying or have bought a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle from Gauthier Cadillac I suggest you double check if it truly is registered as CPO. We purchased an Escalade from Gauthier Cadillac and were told via text message that it is "Definitely Certified Pre Owned". We were sent the CPO inspection checklist (which we later realized had not been signed) and were sent all the benefits that are included when buying CPO including, 12 months of the Premium Care Maintenance, 6 months Total Plus warranty and Subvented interest rates.
Get to financing and were told we didn't "qualify" for the subvented rates (as well as told we were putting too much money as a down-payment ?) despite our better judgment we proceeded. After purchasing the vehicle we reached out to Brian in financing again for clarification why we didn't "qualify" for the subvented interest rates and were then told that Gauthier Cadillac didn't subscribe to the part of the CPO program (despite it being advertised on their website ?). We then tried to use the Premium care maintenance to receive our first oil change only to be told there was nothing registered under our vehicle. We called many people at Gauthier Cadillac to get clarification but no one would take or return our calls or texts. We decided to reach out the Cadillac Canada and they started an investigation. The investigation concluded that our vehicle DID NOT qualify to be registered as Certified Pre Owned. During that investigation a Brian from Gauthier Cadillac finally contacted us and admitted via email that they "sold the vehicle as CPO but the CPO was rejected". We now know why we didn't "qualify" for subvented interest rates, because our vehicle didn't actually qualify to be sold under the Certified Pre Owned title and the benefits that went with it. We understand dealerships are deceitful, but honestly expected better from a luxury dealership. Very disappointed in the way Gauthier Cadillac does business.

While not a regular buyer of Gauthier as we live out of province from the dealership, they had the exact car we wanted with all the right options.
It was a fantastic group to work with and they helped facilitate every aspect from getting the car to us as well as a long distance trade-in.
My salesman, Brandon Tidsbury, was great to deal with on the phone and by text/email. He helped us throughout the process and very happy with him 'getting stuff done'.
The finance side with Brian Perkin's was very helpful as there was complications of doing an out of province sale. Brian successfully navigated it all for us. Great job.
Overall, very happy to have received the car and enjoying it now.
