Took my car few times at gateway Autobody, and everytime they have done absolutely great job. I would recommend anyone to take their car there. They also provide a rental vehicle (SUV) that's a plus.

I have dealt with Gateway Autobody for a number of years and had autobody work done on a few of my vehicles. It's a great neighborhood, family-run business that cares.
In every instance, they have treated me like their only and best customer. Work is always done in a timely manner and to a very high standard. If there ever was a reason to revisit a previous repair job, I know they would deal with it properly.

My vehicle was broken into
While In their possession for repairs.
They took no responsibility for the items taken. I expect when I leave my vehicle that it's going to be safe and taken care of, this did not happen here. Lack of security and lack of accountability.

No one compares to the service and work you get here 199% A++ MPI certificate can not say how good they are.

Had my back bumper replaced here and the quality of workmanship is outstanding! The paint is the closest match you're going to get on a 14 year old car. Gateway went over and above on trying to clear delays on parts as well as getting the work done as quickly as possible given the delays. Shout out to Ashley and Kareen (spelling?) for their great customer service!

Great Auto Shop. Customer service was good.
Body work was also good, only issue was the electrical was done wrong and since then my tail lights have not been working. Other then that I would still recommend.

Gateway Autobody is a reliable and customer-focused auto body shop! The quality of workmanship and customer service are great. They not only do a good job with the repairs but also go the extra mile by returning my vehicle clean and fully detailed.
Gateway Autobody also provide rental options if needed.
I would definitely recommend them to others who needs autobody work done.

Recently I had repair work completed by Gateway Autobody. This was my 1st time dealing with this company and the experience was a best anyone could ask for. From the very first interaction over the phone to picking up my van once repairs were completed I had friendlyvand helpful service. The excitement my son had from seeing how clean the interior was when we picked the van up was a fun bonus. I will make Gateway Autobody my first call the next time I need work done and fully recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought in a vehicle to get estimated at the end of October 2023. Was given a date for February 09/24. Received a call on the 8th of February at noon to say that the parts for the car hadn't come in and that they didn't have a date but would call when the parts were in. Just received a call today February 12/24 to tell me that they only have 1 technician that can work on the car and it could be potentially a few more months until they can get to it. Absolutely ridiculous that you would make someone wait 3.5 months for an appoint, call the day before and LIE that the parts haven't come in and call a few days later to tell them it would be a few more months to get fixed and that they wanted you to bring it back in to let the 1 technician look at it. Completely unprofessional.
