Customer service rep tells me to bring my small motorhome in on Thursday @ 7:30am for a front end alignment and to leave it with them for the day and he will fit it in. I got the RV from storage and I arrived Thursday at 7:25am only to be told sorry can’t help you. Very poor service and not very professional.

When I got a flat tire, This fountain tire was sure to get me in for a quick and easy repair that worked around my schedule! Super friend and super great experience. I will for sure be back.

The staff was amazing friendly. They were able to put my spare tire on. So I could get work and home and back again to get my two new tires on the next day. I've been with fountain tire before. I would recommend them.. thank you once again for your help I appreciate it ? ??

The Fountain Tire on Warman Rd is a one stop shop for all types of tires. I had an oddball tire that needed to be fixed and they said, no problem. Courteous and professional, I will recommend to anyone.

I stopped in to the fountain tire very last minute as a felt an increasingly worse shake in my vehicle on way home from work. I asked if they could check the balance on the tires and rebalance if need be. They took me in right away looked it over. They found that the tires were separating and needed to be replaced. They did not charge for the effort of hoisting the car and checking the balance. I will be recommending to my family and friends and will be returning for future work.

Quoted $143 for winter tire change over ($35.75 each) and then received a bill for $217.00 or $54.25 per tire change over. And upon receiving my car I notice all internal compartments and my trunk had been rummaged through, as though someone was looking for something of value...(no locking nut key was needed to be looked for, as there where no locking nuts on my wheels) two major items were reported as missing alone with $4 in toonies (the toonies were simply salt on the wound). I remain in wait to hear back from the Management/Owner respecting their review of the situation. At present, I recommend removing anything of the slightest value, including carwash coinage, from the vehicle before releasing it. I am hopeful I can provide a positive update to this situation, as the frontend personal were tremendous.

I bought 2 new tires at cost less tires brought them to this fountain tire.Got them installed and after i left i realized that 1 tire looked wired.After I got taken off you could see that it got damaged but fountain tire is not standing behind the work andRefuse to pay for the damaged tire.Not a good place to go to.

Better go to Kal tiremy brother came in with two brand new tires to get mounted on his rims and and left with one damaged one!!!And instead of admitting the mistake and stand behind the work, they told him that they not gonna pay for itNot the kind of professional behavior you would expect

Update:I went in today, and management handled everything professionally and made it up to me, I didn't have to explain much, they understood what happened.As previously stated:Disappointed with the serviceBrought my tire in Friday afternoon. I asked them how long will they need. They said by noon the next day.The next day:I called and got no response. I phoned another location and now they are telling me that location closes at 12 and they won't open again til Monday. That's 3 days I have now to wait for something that should only take a day. No courtesy call to say it's ready or will be delayed. I had to find out from another location. This is very disappointing, I needed my wheel because we are going out of town for our wedding and now I have this unnecessary setback that if I knew I would have gone to another location or something. This shows how much they "care". I can't recommend them again after this. I had great service in the past from the fort and vermillion locations, this location doesn't seem to care
