I have an old truck that I bought used tires for from Fountain Tire on Regent. After sitting unused for a year, I purchased a 3-day insurance package to take it for my annual dump run. While at the dump, I picked up a screw in one of the tires and needed a patch. I returned to Fountain Tire on Portage, where the service representative measured all the tires and informed me that they all needed to be replaced. Despite only using the tires I purchased from them for one day, I was told I needed four new ones. Frustrated, I went to a small shop called Rick’s Auto Centre, where they patched the tire for me free of charge.

I had a great experience at Fountain Tire!
The staff, particularly Thomas and Ken, were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They provided professional guidance on the necessary repairs and the shop was clean and well-maintained.
I highly recommend Fountain Tire for their excellent service and expertise.

Got my ac fixed here. They were ready to book my appointment the next day, kept me updated throughout the process, finished in 1 day, and were very friendly during all interactions. AND my AC is now blowing ice cold air, thank you! :)

Great Staff and service I had a few tires repaired while I waited for my work bucket truck and they have always fixed My issues quickly allowing Me to get back to work quickly !

Just purchased 4 tires from this location. Fabian and Thomas provide A++ customer service - great communication and explanation of warranty coverage. Fabian found me a great deal on tires. I'll definitely be a return customer!!

AMAZING !!!
Came just before the shop closed (13 mins) and asked for a favour if they could fix a hole in my tire.
These guys made my day!!!!!

I've been taking my subaru here for years, initially it was just close and convenient but I've had the best service here in the past few years, it's really apparent that they care and they are certainly not out to gouge you which in my previous 20 years of repairs I've felt gouged almost every time. The oil change I get here lasts an extra 4000 km I have no explanation for this at all. I was needing oil changes before the recommended km twice from Mr places... started taking it here and no joke twice the km and I have no explanation but I like it. Go see Ken or one of the other excellent sales staff and breathe easier knowing your most important possession is in good hands.
