I can’t say enough good things about Mark Paul! I had a little time sensitive situation with trading in my car and he over delivered! I told him what I needed and what I was comfortable with and he made it happen. Definitely got my dream vehicle.

Just bought a new Elantra from focus Hyundai which was a great and quick hassle free experience. All the staff was friendly and I highly recommend getting a car from Mark who was amazing and super helpful!

Got my first car from Div he is very good with what he did . I trusted him and got the best deal out of all . I did not have to go through the hastle of meeting different people, he got the approval and paperwork for me. Good experience.

Definitely suffering from buyers remorse.
Leased a 2024 Venue which is a nice little car for what I need. The sales person who I dealt with completely lied about the features I was getting with my car. He said I was able to connect it with Blue-Link and said it would take a couple of days for it to be activated so I had to wait... it the idea was so I could start my car from my phone which is a big deal for me as I it sits for a week at a time while I'm away on business. According to the dealership the car doesn't come with that feature. The heated seats and steering wheel setting were supposed to stay on so they would be warm when I start my car. Tried it out and that's not true either. When you bring it in and they say they're going to wash it, they just get it wet and call it clean. I've only had the car for a couple of weeks. What else am I going to find that doesn't work the way he said it would?
So incredibly disappointed.
Moral of the story... Don't trust what they say.
The car itself is actually totally awesome and so perfect but I guess it's fine to lie about features as long as they get the sale.

We recently purchased a car from Focus. Initially, the experience was very positive. The salesperson, SL, was quick to respond and answer questions via text. We came in and drove the car, talked and purchased. My husband checked the oil and it was dark. Prior to us picking up we were told there was an oil change done and the safety work was completed. On September 19th we picked up the car in the evening. My husband checked the oil again and noted it was still dark. They showed us the receipt of work done by their service shop and it said an oil change was completed. As we left the dealership, SL insisted we meet sales leader MP. We did and were told if we needed anything to please reach out. And please leave us a google review.
I drove the car home from the dealership and it was parked.
The next day Sept 17th, my son drove the car from Ste Anne to Lorette, parked it and then again drove home from Lorette to Ste Anne. This is a 20 minute drive and there was no accident or problem. Although on the way home, he experienced something dragging. He quickly let us know that there was a cover under the car that had let go on one side. One screw was still holding. I messaged our salesperson SL right away. He said he would have service connect with me.
September 18th I still had not heard from anyone so I messaged SL again and he said he would look into it again. My husband removed the other screw so the car was drivable without damaging the cover.
September 19th morning I was told via text from SL, that Ryan from service would call me. I spoke with Ryan to explain the situation and he told me that they could fix it but we would be charged. I definitely was not happy with this considering we took the car home the day before this happened. And it is simply a panel where screw is let go and come off. I messaged salesperson SL regarding this response and that we were not pleased.
I did not get a response from anyone. Salesperson SL who has been very quick to respond to my texts will not return my texts. I then tried to reach the sales leader MP and sales manager AM. This took time. Finally sales leader MP returned my call and we arranged to bring in to fix. I felt like we may have a resolution.
My husband brought the car in to have the cover reinstalled and watched the mechanic through the window into the service department. He put one screw on one side and two clips in the centre and didn't see him put in the last screw. The service advisor GK came and said the job was done and handed him the keys. He then went out to the parking lot and had a look under the front and pulled down the corner of the cover noticing that the screw wasn't put in. He went back in the department and told GK that they were missing a screw. From there, she went back into service and she talked to the mechanic for at least 20 minutes before she came back out. She then talked to the sales leader MP, then They both then came over to talk to him, explaining that the screw broke off inside and they couldn't get it out. He asked why didn't the shop or the mechanic come and tell me the situation and also lie and say it was done, which it wasn’t. They had no answer to that. They said he could book an appointment and bring it back another time to fix it. Or if he had another option of getting the screw removed that we should just go ahead and do it, but that would mean that we would have to pay for it. They knew we were from out of town but gave us no option to have someone closer to where we live fix it.
This review was written one month later. We have not heard from anyone.
This was seen an easy fix for us that became so complicated and demonstrated truly poor customer service.
Bottom line: we do not trust this dealership and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle there.

Great experience getting my car with EG at Focus Hyundai! They were extremely accommodating of my busy schedule, and EG and his team at Focus made the experience smooth and easy. Also happy that I was able to get my car on such short notice rather than waiting for months like with other dealerships in the city. Thank you!

I booked a car hyjndai elantra in white but on delivery they showed with grey colour and then they said we don’t have white. When the the deal didn’t worked out I asked for my money back 500 dollers deposit they gave me back only 300 hundred and stole my 200 dollers, it looked like they are running a scam
The guy named SHUBH loi , do not get into his trap guys honestly go somewhere else and the Manager is so rude such an unprofessional.

Came into the dealership with a service question and ended up buying the new Santa Fe from Meghan. She was a pleasure to deal with which is why I ended up with a new car. She explained the new vehicle top to bottom and is very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle. Highly recommend Ms seeking out Meghan if you need a new car!

Purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona N-line from focus Hyundai and Me and my girlfriend are very happy with the service that we received while going through the process.
PK was our salesperson while going through the process and from the moment I drove onto the lot the moment we drove out of the delivery bay, we felt extremely taken care of by him. He listens extremely well and was really helpful and informative about all the features of the car.
Will definitely go back to him in the future for any business we might have with Hyundai.
You guys have a great person on your team in PK.
Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai ?☺️?

If I could give 0 I would, they had my car for over 80 days, which would be fine since there was a shortage on a part. The thing was no one told me what was wrong for 21 days, no contact. And once I finally got someone to call me back they were annoyed about me calling everyday and leaving a voice mail over the three weeks, when I had no communication about my new car. Finally, 80 days later they call me around noon saying car will be ready around 4-6 and we will call you closer if it’s delayed a little bit. Get a call around 3:30 saying it will be ready closer to 5 and will call you again when it’s ready but will be ready today, 5:30 comes around and no call, and always reach voicemail when I call so I drove over. Saw my car parked for awhile as I removed my phone from the rental and ten minutes went but finally walked in and saw two people talking at the front. Reached service and got my keys but if I didn’t show up on my own will they wouldn’t have called it seemed and I would’ve had to wait another day to get my car while there was people just having conversations on the floor waiting to greet customers. Once I was at my car, it was dirty along the bottom of the car, dusty on the inside and feet marks all over the bottom of my doors from when they would exit my car, seems no internal cleaning and a very poor wipe on the outside too after a long wait and already frustrated customer from poor communication. If you’re interested in buying a Hyundai (great car so far minus the service here) drive out to waverly and shop at that dealership, my car was cheaper there than at Focus, and when they had an issue with my car being delivered they called me from the parking lot minutes after it happened to let me know and didn’t wait 21DAYS!
Update: they never got back to me from their comment on this post. They ended getting back to me from a different survey I did about two weeks later. But never acknowledged the review left here. I’m sure if they didn’t send a text review I would’ve never heard back from them.

If I could give a 6 star review I would.. I was in the market for a 2025 Elantra and Paul Mark at Focus Hyundai was amazing and exceptional in making this happen! From trying to understand what I was looking to get in terms of a Car, to answering my questions up until the acquisition process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got a good deal for my trade in and that I was happy with my purchase. it was an excellent customer service experience! I highly recommend!??

Just recently financed a 2025 Hyundai Kona Preferred Sports Package AWD. And everyone in Focus Hyundai were very accommodating and hospitable, especially the Product Specialist EG. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Love the service he provided and the rest of the team of Focus Hyundai.
