Such great service! Halden helped me and my cousin out today to get a phone. He was super patient despite all the troubles. He ended up staying 30-40 mins after closing due errors in the system but he ensured that we went home with the phone and the plan we wanted. Holden was super helpful!

One of the employee Gurleen. She’s liar never trust her words. She mentioned we got special offer and will get device and plan for $60 but we ended up paying extra for device with extra charge. Worst place to buy a new phone and plan. Will never suggest anyone to go there.

Twice this week visited the kiosk at Kildonan Place and received exceptional customer service. The gentleman we spoke with was polite and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help us and explain everything to us (we are seniors and not tech savvy). It was an extremely positive experience and would definitely recommend Fido to others.

One one person on staff when we went there. We waited almost an hour, being the first in line, while he activated two iPhones for the woman who got there just ahead of us. When it was our turn to be served it took us five minutes to complete the verification of my daughter's new Rogers/Fido credit card application. Thanks Fido! That's was an hour of waiting in line that I will never get back. You need at least twostaff at all times. ??

Went to the kiosk In Kildonan place the young man working there was so rude and disrespectful and really was a total liar. I’m now calling retention services and canceling my service. And never coming back. I have even spoke to legal counsel at my place of employment to get advise on weather or not to file with Queens Bench against this persons employer! News flash little liar. My daughter was recording you!!

Sub par service because I almost paid on another account because the woman could not understand simple English like the difference from speaking the number 9 and she thought I said 7, 7 does not sound like 9 at all.
