⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister who lives in Winnipeg. She recently experienced a severe allergic reaction to lash extensions done not at eye candy. When I reached out to Kim, the owner, explaining the situation, she was incredibly responsive and managed to arrange an appointment for my sister within half an hour. The prompt assistance was a lifesaver and we were so relieved that my sister was able to get the help she needed so quickly.The staff member who removed the lashes was extremely kind and gracious, according to my sister. As a beauty business owner myself, I especially appreciated that she didn't say anything negative about the original application or the person who put on the lashes, which I thought was very respectful.My deepest thanks to Kim and her team for their quick and professional response. My sister had to go to the emergency room immediately after to treat an infection, but removing the lashes was a critical first step. Your service was invaluable and we're incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend this place enough! ??

Cathlea is a colour matching genius. Absolutely in love with my eyebrows. As a red head it's always been hard to find someone to trust with colour matching. So very happy with my service. Cathlea is an eyebrow goddess. Highly recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed!!!!
