Great service from everyone at this place. There are always "special " people that aren't happy , but they haven't been on the other side of the counter and under stand what it takes to run a operation. Big thumbs up to Terry and all the crew. Great Job.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. They designed our radiant floor heating system, packaged all the parts and answered every d*** question I ever asked. Since then they've been great in getting parts for the boiler when needed. The only thing that bugs me is that it takes up to 2 weeks to get parts in.

I found some of the staff unhelpful, and at times, condescending. I'm sure if you're an expert in the trade, ordering exactly what you need would be easy enough, but any hint of uncertainty can make dealing with them unpleasant.
