Everyone was very helpful and professional, treating us with the utmost respect.
Thanks to Les, Ryan, and everyone involved, the van looks great, and it was done as promised and on schedule (actually a day early). And it was as clean as the day that we bought it when we picked it up. Specifically sensitive to today's pandemic situation, it was shiny and sanitized. Nice.
Plus, we really appreciated the replacement vehicle.
As for the Service and Workmanship, I am very happy with everything. They did a top notch job! Seriously, very impressed.
They even noted some warranty work that was needed and set up the related proper repairs.
Can't ask for more than that!
They will be getting my business going forward.
I have already referred them several times to friends and co-workers.

Customer service at Eastside Collision is exceptional. The young guys that take care of you as you enter are extremely well mannered and polite. When they're finished with my car, it is detailed on the inside as well. Trustworthy company that have high standards for the cars they work on and their customers.

This is the 4th time we’ve had to use Eastside, and again, they knocked it out of the park. Can’t even tell there was work done. Done in the time frame they estimated it would be done. Communicated, and returned communication, in a timely fashion.
We don’t go anywhere else.

The Eastside team just finished repairing last years (Autopac backlog delays) hail damage on my 2024 Subaru and it looks as good as (if not better than) new!
We'd go back there for repair service in a heartbeat (but hope we don't have to). ?

Their custormer service is terrible...they damcare about customer....i went to there for damage estimate around 2 and half month before and called them after 1 month they said they order part and call me back when its arrive. I did not get call after 2 month and called them to know the status...now they dont order part without booking appointment and gave me 4 months later appointment.
