I really like the style of clothing, and the prices r relatively reasonable. BUT.. the service....its absolutely awful. I have never been approached once, not once, and asked if i need help. And today, while returning an item, and buying another....i had the absolute rudest service by not one, but 2 employees trying to figure out how to use the new system. And i am pretty sure one was mgmt. It was so rude and crude, i will no longer be shopping at Garage or Dynamite. And being older...girls, i spend more money than your young, use the parents credit, teen to 20 somethings group. But u dont care..do ya. Its not your business now, is it.

walked in the other day with a friend of mine and was trying on different outfits and I definitely picked up the wrong sizes, there was this girl called "Paige" who was helping me in the fitting room and I have to have to say that when we talk about customer service I think she's the right person to demonstrate that. absolutely loved her service and I finally walked out with her recommendations and landed up buying that white trousers. Thanks Paige not sure if I am spelling your name right.

The only person that is competent is the lovely gentlemen that works there. Every time I go in, he is AMAZING and so is his service. When he is not there, everyone else seems to be helpless. A few weeks ago, I found a pair of pants on the table in size XXS and asked if there is anymore in the store in size XS or S. The item was not on sale, as it was part of the new arrivals. After 5 minutes of waiting, I was told no. I made my way to the fitting room, to try the other stuff I had on. While waiting for a room, I decided to look up the pants on the Dynamite app and it showed that the had them in all other sizes in sock as well. I called the girl over and showed her what the Dynamite App was showing me. She said she is not sure why, as there was no stock of them in the store.I made my way to actually try the stuff on. After exiting the fitting room, I asked another sales associate on the floor. I told her that I asked the other associate to check, and was told that there were none although the Dynamite App shows different. She went up to the associate working in the fitting room and asked if she checked the back, the girl just starred at her big eyed. The Floor associate then scoffed and made her way to the back. She brought out two different sizes I was asking her about, and apologized for the confusion. I understand the people are not passionate about their jobs, but at least try to offer "customer" service to those whom are asking for assistance.

It's hit or miss for me. One time I'll go in and I'll find 10 items I love for great prices. Next time I'll find 1 decent thing.
