First time visiting these guys as my usual shop had to close. Pretty pleased with them even though I ended up spending way more than I had originally thought - but that was due to way more work required than I originally thought. All work was explained to me + cheaper options offered where available. Importantly - work was done on short notice. Most importantly, the car held up on a summer road trip with no issues.

This place is horrible since Gary left. The prices are astronomical and the service is horrible. My mom was quoted little over $2000 for used part, close to $4000 for new parts for a new computer for her Honda Civic 2013. We got a 2nd opinion at Berrydale next door and they quoted her $750. I am astonished and the whole thing seems shady AF Dynamic Auto, taking advantage of a senior. I suggest everyone to skip this garage as they will railroad you into some items that may possibly not be done. Go see Berrydale or Urban Garage (when they are back in business from the river work being done by the city) cause Urban and Berrydale Garage are phenomenal.

I wanted to update a 6 year old review. Under new ownership but still receiving excellent service! I have been going here for decades. The team of mechanics are excellent and Dean who usually works on my car does a great job. They are honest, friendly and hard working.. I have always been satisfied with their work. They take care of my car problems in a timely manner and never fix anything that doesn't need doing. Their estimates are always accurate. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Took my mom’s car there for brakes, they got it in as soon as they could (Christmas holidays) but had the car completed really quickly, and really good price. Dealer wanted a fortune, and 3-4 weeks to get “the last part in Canada” in. Will definitely bring Rob and his team the car again!! Thanks again

These guys are freaking expensiveDid just an exhaust pipe replacement and they've charged me 600$( at least got my tires rotated)They do not install your part, obviously want to male more money overcharging for their supply.DO NOT DO TIRE REPLACEMENT - got my black rims scratched

Brought my vehicle in for a brake line repair and asked them to change 2 wheel studs while they were at it. I was charged 1 hour labour for the studs. I don't know how that's more then a 10 minute job and would have never agreed to pay 130$ to get it done. Not to mention they said they needed a couple days to do the work..... I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday evening they didn't have it ready for me till the 2nd Monday after.

I’ve been going here for 17 years. Most of the time service & cost is 5-star. Every now and then, I’m left feeling infuriated, like today. Had an interior light assembly installed. It took about 15 minutes to install and I was charged $65 for 1/2 hour of labour.

I dont know if this place has poor communication skills or doesnt value their customers time.the first day our vehicle was with them they didnt even touch it. Said CN was on the hoist all day. Not great but i gave them the benefit of the doubt.Next day they completed the safety but failed to call me and let me know what failed. it was almost end of day before i reached out to ask what was happening with the vehicle. They had to be informed to proceed with the minor repairs and order part. told me it would be ready in the morning next day.Next morning roles around and i hear nothing. so i call and they inform me they are still waiting on the part. i told them we had a deadline to have it back no later than 2pm. I called at 2pm and they said it was ready to go. We get there and it is still on the hoist and the part is still on order. waited 2 hours, missed the deadline we had, and had staff waiting overtime for this vehicle. and to top it off they said "it sure would be nice if it could get out of here so it doesnt take up space in the parking lot. if it waits over the weekend the catalytic converter might get stolen".Absolutely ridiculous customer service from this place.

I've been a long time customer. Probably 20 years. Recently the ownership has changed. I would not go back. We took the car in for repairs last year. When the first warm weather arrived this year the AC wasn't working. No prior issues with it. They wouldn't even consider they had caused the issue. Despite the fact that they work working in this area. No customer service at Dynamic at all. No acknowledgement that they should take a look because the facts did suggest they were the fault. Their treatment was poor and we had no confidence so we took the vehicle to a different garage. The new place determined Dynamic hadn't plugged the AC compressor back in. I sure hope Dynamic didn't leave it unplugged on purpose to get us in for more repairs.

The last few times I've dealt with them it was not a good experience. They recommended replacing the entire fuel sending system when it was a $80 fuel pump that was gone and could have been replaced instead, when I got the car back the new pump does not work well at all and I spent $900 for a broken fuel pump to be replaced in a Nissan Versa economy car including labour. They overcharged in my opinion and if they're gonna charge in the high end of things the work should be perfect you'd think at least right? Not at all the fuel pump is weak and they didn't return the old part either which leaves me unsure about whether the new part is actually new or rebuilt. To be honest I never requested the old part back but an offer of whether or not I wanted it would have fixed that bc I would have liked the old part back for future parts. Please in the future if there's a cheaper way to do the work could you at least offer it and if a customer pays up for a brand new part and comes back a week later saying it's not working the same as it was could you do your due diligence and at least look into it better than taking it for a drive around the block and saying it seems fine & not believing me that it's not the same as it was?

If you a concern about your vehicle, bring it to Dynamic Auto. They are usually able to what might be the problem, fix it in a timely manner and get you back on the road.

My family have been customers for years and always rave about how good, as well as honest Dynamic is. I found that out myself this past summer when our car stalled. My sister came to boost us and suggested we go to Dynamic since this was the second time this had happened within a week. It was near the end of the day but they checked the car immediately and determined that all that was necessary was a new battery. They ordered the specific one for our car, had it delivered by courier and installed it right away. Their price was extremely good and we haven’t had any trouble since. We are very impressed with this business and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Recently, we returned to Dynamic for an urgently needed repair, they took the car in right away and fixed it. They had a nice staff member who dropped us off and picked us up. We also appreciated the use of their courtesy car. They not only fix the car, they take care of their customers as well.
