Paid in full for an in stock item to be held while we waited 5 months for an out of stock item to arrive only to find the in stock item was not held. Going on 9 months waiting for this item with little contact or concern from sales rep.

Wow, bought a fridge entirely thru chat. Painless and a great process! Kudos! Unfortunately 6 months later and they still had not received it despite the manufacturer shipping it to them. Cancelled the order and bought from a competitor and had our new fridge two weeks later. They managed to make a good process a bad one.

Delivery was great. Early, polite, and easy to deal with.
