By far the worst body shop you can bring your vehicle to.. vitto will come off as a nice guy.. but he is an absolute con artist! And his crew are not trained properly.. I have been there a few times (returned because at the time I liked vitto because he makes you feel like your a friend) first time there was so many things wrong.. cant color match worth a damn, many MANY runs and nibs in paint, installed cheap aftermarket trims on brand new car.. missing MANY clips.. had to get windshield fixed 3 times due to water coming out of dome light! Razor cuts in paint around windshield causing rust.. door window not adjusted to right height(never fixed), missing bumper brackets, missing 1 of the 2 screws that hold my back bumper on..the list goes on! Second time after giving them the benefit of doubt.. they installed a "new" fender with a dent in it .. dent pushing headlight out of its seating position ( headlight not even screwed in) said he would fix it but avoids my calls, fender not even fastened down at the bottom, crease in repaired door.. vitto said just sign the papers and I'll book you back in a few weeks... won't even answer the phone now .. CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW BAD THE WORK THEY DO IS! Installing damaged parts. Can't even fix what they were paid to fix .. they even broke my sun visor and plastic welded in back in instead of ordering a new one, now it's just hanging there.. if you even remotely care about your car steer clear from this CON ARTIST ! Vitto you should be ashamed! I accepted my lose and don't trust them to fix the damage they were paid thousands to fix but didn't fix !
P.S they steal your clips and don't replace them iv had to replace 16 clips !

They just use glue and tape to fix your vehicle interior. Please check everything in detail before taking your vehicle. My vehicle was not even fixed properly, they use some sort of glue in the bolts area.

Got a new bumper installed this spring from Don vito on my Toyota corolla , it was incorrectly installed and the bumper came off few weeks after , Don vito should fix this , never coming back again, please let me know what information do you need to look me up?

Dealing with this guy named Vito is the best experience all through. He kept us updated all through the process and never left us on the edge. The team is exceptional and empathetic. The overall experience was really exceptional. I will definitely recommend don vito on pembina.

go here if you want your car back with more problems then it arrived at the shop with ! and if you want the mechanics that messed up your car to tell you your "harassing" them for telling them things wrong with your car that were perfectly fine before.

took my porsche there for repairs, they left it outside in the front parking lot ,unlocked, car was broken into , damaged , as well as they damaged the hood during repairs, have never called me back and still have 1 of my keys .. Horrible service , called in excess of 10 times , not 1 return call.. cant leave a 0 star review

Vito, the manager, was accommodating and helpful.
When I walked in to ask for an estimate, he welcomed me right away. Right there and then, I was able to leave my car for repair and was told that he’d contact me once it was ready for pick-up.
I have nothing but good reviews for their customer service. Vito was very reliable and customer-oriented. I highly recommend this place!

Don Vito was able to get me an appointment on short notice, within 12 hours for an assessment of the car repairs. Don and his team worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get an accurate and fair quote for the repairs. Don and his team has extensive experience to know exactly what I would require. When one of the parts was on back order with no estimated time frame for the part I was very stressed out. To my surprise Don went over and above to locate the required part and make sure it was reserved for car which saved the day and the summer for me as now I have my car back! I highly recommend Don Vito Collision and his team as they are the trusted advisor and provided communication throughout the process to make sure I was informed. Great job!

My Honda Pilot was side-swiped by a freightliner. Vito and his crew were fantastic. Got me in quickly and the car looks brand new again. Friendly and eager to do a good job. I would highly recommend DonVito Collision repair.

Booked an appointment online to get my car in for collision damage. Another location was closer to my house, but I could get into Pembina quicker. So glad that I did!!
The service was amazing. Before my car was even complete I was making recommendations to friends if they ever needed body work. Just based on how amazing the customer service was when I was getting my assessment. Absolutely outstanding service.
I picked my car up and the work the team did was remarkable. My car was spotless, inside and out.

Over the last 1.5 years Donvito has repaired my 2022 RAV4 Limited 3 times! From significant damage that required the whole drivers side of the car repaired due to a cement truck collision, to a theft assessment and repair as well as a rear end collision repair - the attention to detail and service has been impeccable. Vito the manager bends over backwards to ensure you are able to get the repairs as soon as possible and provides a rental on site as needed. After each repair my RAV4 has been returned to me like new with a complimentary clean. I can’t say enough good things about donvito, hence why they have been my go to collision repair shop; I trust their quality and service! My Chevy Tahoe hybrid was just recently fixed by Vito and his team. They all did an amazing job I got rear ended and I had a drink cover my front dash and get into all the lovely buttons. I was preparing myself that the buttons will never be the same as they are super close together, but Vito and his team cleaned them soo well that they work get and no complaints at all. Even though there were problems finding parts are they are obsolete, him and his team found some so I get my Tahoe back in mint condition!! They cleaned everywhere in the car front to back I was shocked and the outside was even cleaned as well. I will definitely be going back again and suggesting everyone. They was super polite, got back to me in a timely manner and overall great service!! Thank you Vito and his team!!!! You guys rock!!!!
