Brought our car in for an Autopac claim. Sean was very professional and communicated with us regularly. They were able to resolve some issues with MPI, and Sean went above and beyond in his customer service for us. Will bring our vehicle(s) back to them in the future. Thanks Sean and Donvito.

Scheduled my vehicle for repair and provided all the details and paperwork. When I took back I to the shop for the repair estimate, I was told they changed their mind because it seemed too difficult, and this was even before they looked at the vehicle.
I'm not sure what's going on there, but it seems like they just want the quick and easy jobs that pay well. It is very disappointing and annoying that I took several hours off work to make 2 trips into the shop to be told this without even looking at my vehicle.
Don't get me wrong, I have taken mine and my family's vehicles there for about the last 15 years and have been very happy with the service and work performed.
Maybe management has changed or ownership, but this is definitely not the way to treat long-time customers who brought all their business there and recommended them to family and friends.
So long, Don Vito, and good luck with your new business model.

Christine and Maryna was really nice and helpful. It was real nice dealing with them, they listened to all my problems and I am really happy with danvito services, they covered my free rental even though I didn't had with MPI. I was great job done on my car. 30 hours of labour work done in 3 days

All around amazing service, The ladies at the front go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They provided a detailed explanation and I was provided a rental car during my expedient repairs!!!! & To top it off my vehicle was cleaned inside and out upon picking up. 10/10 recommend Donvito Arlington

Had 3 encounters with this company to get my car dealt with - Each got worse. Front staff are 2 young ladies who are NOT friendly and did not treat me with respect from the beginning. Unsure why I was being targeted. One skinny blonde was rude, and didn't want to deal with me so passed me off to the bigger dark haired girl (Christy?) who didn't smile, had horrible tone of voice and no manners. Did not ask nicely for things, just demanded it from me. I felt very frustrated and wanted to say something, so I did. When I asked her why she was giving me attitude she just said "Okayy??" and did not care. You can tell they are overly fake nice to some people and rude to others that she chose. They wont willingly give you any extra information so when I had to ask they give attitude because it bothered them that I did not already know. I spoke with a manager about them who was kind. Was late for work, so I told everyone my experience but also to not to go there to avoid this unpleasant experience. Someone else said they had the same when they went once before. I'd give them no stars but if the work is good, it would be to the mechanics because the customer service is super unpleasant. Will not be returning or recommending them just based on front staff.

If there is a negative star I can press for the review I will choice the highest -?.as in NEGATIVE at this branch. From front and back, customer relation and operation was so bad.
I was a big patronage back then of Don Vito since my first auto repair and even my kids love to sing and sung their commercial advertisement in the radio before, that is why I always choose Don Vito. But now, because of what happened to my claim at this branch, never ever in my entire clan, friends and all my networks recommend this location. Or better think twice or more about Don Vito.
Way back July 2022 when they had my car for MPI claim, we did the walked through in everything for the repair. Months later, I don’t remember exactly the date but I was already charged by rental car for days over from MPi allowances. Again, months later, without call or updates from them and my queries answered false information like “ oh parts are here” it will be done in a week”. Which is not happened on my follow up call. I also replied with, “ I call you back or call you on..” which is really not happening.
One day, I’m not sure if I or them called that my car is done, I was of course so excited in that moment at last finally, the long wait is over. Again, I don’t remember exactly the date but it was already winter, probably between dec.’22- feb.’23. In to my surprised my excitement turned into disappointment to learned that my car is NOT TOTALLY FIXED. I would rather say 60 or 70 percent of the damage is not yet done.
We’ll ended up for another days to fix the problem. weeks, months even a year passed by and it is already 2024 of June,next month will be the 2nd year anniversary of my claim from this BRANCH of DON VITO. Again no call and updates.
I decided to pull out or cancel my claim from them because it is really unfair for me to wait for this long.

I am very much satisfied with the job. The care and attention were superb. The technician went above and beyond to make sure there were glass debris left. The car is clean and smells great. Staff at the reception were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened with intent and replied very politely. Definitely gonna recommend to friends and family.

got into an accident, decided to bring my vehicle to these guys. a month in and the car would steer to the right.thought its an alignment issue. went for alignment to a different auto service and they did it twice, didn't solve the problem ( they haven't charged me which I'm greatful). they think it's frame issue ( which should of been checked by Don vito).
after receiving the vehicle from Don Vito my RPM wasn't going up or down. Don Vito promised to get it fixed. nothing happened.
After getting the vehicle they advised that they were short on a part and told me to wait until they receive it in order to install it. been waiting 3 months for a part still no response or a phone call to ask how the car goes.
Oh yea, these guys would install used parts like control arm and charge MPI for a brand new part. so if my part goes its not covered.
In the end I regret I took it to them. would not recommend to anyone . stay away from these crooks

For your bodyshop requirements DON VITO is a good option, their timelines are really realistic and service is to satisfaction. Both admins did a really great job in attending and never had to wait too long. Cleaning after fixing the repair was incredibly to above expectation.

Brought in my BMW after it was vandalized. Don Vito did a great job with the repairs and they went above and beyond to fix a few things MPI and I had missed. They also gave me a rental car and covered the expense, and made sure to clean my car before I came to pick it up. Not only did they take their time to do a good job, they got it done in under a week.
They forgot to install a small portion of the trim around my driver side window (honest mistake), and after I pointed it out they immediately ordered the part and scheduled me in.
The receptionists at the front are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Don Vito.

Not bad, but there is some work to be done. The quality of the car wash and the girl at the front desk, I think her name is Marina, doesn’t leave the best impression. The quality of the technicians’ work is up to par, the quality of the production manager Dmitro’s work is up to par. There would be 5 plates if not for the front desk.

So the actual body work of my vehicle was very good, I have no complaints in that regards, that’s the only reason it was 2 stars not 1.In terms of customer service especially dealing with the receptionist, terrible. Communication was very bad, I would have to go through thick and thin to get a hold of anyone. Receptionist would say she’d call me right back, and then a week would go by. She seems very scattered brained and never knows anything when I would try and get the progress of my vehicle reiterated to me.When I dropped off my vehicle I had a quarter of a tank which would be about 150km left. When I picked up my vehicle I was on empty (2 km left to drive). Not sure how that happened but either way, why would you leave my vehicle in that condition after waiting for it for 3 months? Thank god there was a gas station not too far out else I would’ve been screwed. When I told the receptionist she didn’t seem to care.
