Great experience overall! My 2018 Mazda 3 was in a bad storm and had hail damage resulting in many dents all over the car. I made the claim with MPI and got a claim number. MPI said my deductible would be $200. Took my vehicle to Doctor Dent and since they're accredited with MPI they were able to order all the parts and take care of the rest with MPI. I dropped the vehicle off once the parts were in, before heading out of the city for work. When I returned for pickup the car was spotless. No dents. Clean on the inside and out. Vaccumed. Waxed. Looks like the day I bought it. I paid them the $200 deductible, no hidden or extra fees on top. If I have dents in the future I hope that doesn't happen, but I know where I'll go. Thanks guys!

My car was in an accident while parked. Spoke with Dr Dent over the phone, stopped in for a quick estimate (I didn't even leave my car), the repair was estimated under $100. I was advised to pick up some touch up paint for the day of my appointment. Dropped off my car around Noon. Had a call that she was done by 2:30!! You'd hardly know there was a dent at all! So pleased with their customer service, speed and efficiency. Thank you guys so much!

I had an appointment this morning and brought my car in, they had it finished within an hour and a half. Popped a big dent out on my quarter panel, you can't even tell there was a dent there in the first place, they did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier.Service: Auto detailing

I had a dent in the drivers side, rear quarter panel of my Honda CR-V. The dent was in an awkward place - a raised area of the fender. Spoke with Ray and he assured me he could repair the damage. My car was taken in a short time later and the dent was repaired at the quoted price, which I feel was quite reasonable. I am very pleased with the result. Ray was terrific to work with and my experience was very positive. I recommend Dr. Dent on St. James Street, Winnipeg.

I had a bad experience with this shop today. They didn’t fix the dent on my fender. Although they did not charge me for the repair, though I don’t have any plans as well. But they should have inform that they cant fix it when I first brought my car for an estimate. I just wasted my time waiting for two hours. Very very disappointed!!
