Had a really pleasant experience here. Watch I wanted wasn’t in, so pre ordered with a deposit. Was sent a message as soon as it came in, and it was ready for sizing when I got there. Warranty was activated for me on the spot as well. Would 100% go back.

I dropped off my watch for servicing. The owner assured me that his watchmaker was authorized to work on my brand and many others. He removes the back of the watch in front of me and he breaks a spring! He tells me, " don't worry I will replace it". After picking up the watch, I noticed the watch was not performing properly! So, off to IJL jewellers I go, the watch is sent to Switzerland. The report states that the back was not put on properly, which resulted in water damage. Now the entire watch has to be rebuilt. Including rust on the hands! Well that was $725.00 on-top of the hundreds I payed to Dimitra's. WOW, don't let this place do work on your time piece!

I am very happy with my shopping experience at Dimitras! When I walked in I was warmly greeted by George the owner of the store. I was there to look at the Tissot watches and was very impressed with the selection in ladies watches. He had the style I was looking for and the different colours it came in. I felt very comfortable with George and found him to be very patient as I tried on the various watches he showed me. There was absolutely no pressure to decide and I would highly recommend George as his knowledge is outstanding and his kind manner made it such a wonderful experience. I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service, desirable high quality items, and more than competitive pricing. I purchased my second watch from George at Dimitra's - this time an Oris Big Crown Pointer Date, and this after a few visits to explore different brands and find the right watch. George was always patient with the process, never rushed things, and was a real pleasure to discuss watches with. Highly recommended; I will be purchasing here again.

It can be worrying to do such a large transaction without meeting someone, but I didn't feel any concern at all.
