Recently got our Honda HRV here. From the earlier delivery date (than promised) to the warm people working here, we had an overall great experience! I called first to ask preliminary questions because we live far from here, and I was trying to decide if it is gonna be worth the visit. I was randomly referred to Kyle who kindly and patiently answered all my questions. After that positive experience over the phone, my husband and I decided to visit the dealership. Our test drive was smooth and fun! Kyle explained all the features of the car very clearly. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He was not pushy at all - no pressure on us. Thus, making the entire experience more enjoyable. He also helped us understand the different financial schemes available. Other members of the sales team also helped decide which model/trim to get considering the availability and our needs. Thanks to Utshab too - the financial manager - who helped us with our lease approval. Special shoutout to Jay-R and Myles who helped us as well.
If you are a first time buyer, I guess my only advise is to ask your financial manager about the "due on delivery" cost because this is something you have to pay on top of your reservation fee & downpayment.

I came from Brandon to this place to see aa car as I was so confused that what would be good fit for me . But luckily staff over there was soo helpful and polite specially my sales advisor Anukaran kaur. She carefully listen my car needs and my budget and provide me aa really great Honda civic car. She is so patient and helpful as I ask her soo many questions if there was someone else’s they might be frustrated easily. Again thank you Anu Karan Kaur and other staff for making my day. I really enjoy my ride and I will refer this place to my friends and relatives.
