“Love this credit union, love the service, love the people. I have been with TD for many, many years. When I recently sold my house and was looking to buy a new condo, TD presented me with a mortgage offer that was heavily titled in their favour and they did absolutely nothing to encourage me to remain with them, nor were they willing to assist me despite 25 years of excellent history and me having investments with them. I was recommended to Lana at Access Credit Union, and not a word of a lie, within one hour, I had my mortgage completed. Lana looked after everything quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond doing so much more than TD even tried to do. I highly recommend this credit union and specifically this branch!”

“Staff are good & nice. Hours are too short. The branch should stay open 1 hour later 2 or 3 days a week. Not enough tellers on duty sometimes, which makes waiting times too long. The A.C.U. wastes too much paper. The transaction receipts they print use up an entire 8" x 11" sheet of paper! So about 3/4 of the paper is unnecessarily wasted.”

“Today (14 august 2024 at 11:00 am) i made a visit according about uninformed service charges every month. My bank account shows no fees checking account but bank charges near about $24. I requested cashier about that and she asked from senior. One gentleman came and showed very bad customer service. He refused and said that he cannot do anything. I asked how can i close my account and he frequently got ready to close my account. This is lowerest customer service of that employee. Unfortunately i forgot to note down name of that employee. i am trying to make complaint to higher authorities about everything (customer service and uninformed money charged)
