My husband and my mother have been going here for years and years and years. And when I need help from my mom, I was completely dismissed. The girl that was working at the pharmacy was so rude and so dismissive this place could use a little bit more empathy, training, and understanding.

Called to get advice on alternative medicine. Person on the phone had no interest in helping just cut me off, the prescription I had is all they can talk about and said that she would be doing me a favour and had no interest in helping.

They were great when they first opened, they're just getting worse. When I started getting my prescriptions there, they actually treated people like people, now you just a number to serve and push out the door. I argue about my medication until Wilson fixes the problem until the next refil when it happens again. Trying to explain thing to the "pharmacist" today, she looked right thru me like I wasn't even there. The Red River Co-op family vibe is totally gone from there.

Really go out of their way. Not an exaggeration to say I was shocked at first at how good the service was. Used to dealing with a certain giant national "drug mart" ... these guys run circles around them in the "friendly service" department.

The best pharmacy in Winnipeg. Wilson and staff are caring and do everything to make sure one is taken care of. I trust this staff for sure. Whenever I have a problem or want information I check with Co-op as all of them bend over backwards to help.
