I found a woman just meters from the entrance who was struggling in her wheel chair as one of her paper bags broke (she had at least 8 large bags from various stores filled with her purchases). She continued to struggle to pick up her fallen items off the ground and find a bag to fit it all in. So my partner and I offered to help find her a bag from a near by store. I went straight to club Monaco thinking about all my great experiences here before. To my surprise they refused to give me a bag “as per their policy” even when I explained the situation happening outside their store. You would think a company so established and very much about their customer experiences they can bend or make exceptions for their customers/future customers especially those living with disabilities or special needs. Very sad to see this and very disappointed. We asked 2 other stores and they were HAPPY to provide a larger bag and even offered their help. This woman was very thankful. I wish I could have been proud to say I shop here and you were kind enough to make an exception to your policy and provide a bag. But I can’t.

This evening, my husband and I were at Polo Park to shop for some business casual attire for a business trip I am going on at the end of the month. We stopped at a couple places but weren’t really finding what I was looking for. Then we came across Club Monaco and were greeted warmly by two of your sales people. I suck at remembering names, so does my husband, but I remember hearing the lovely young ginger call the other employee Cody. Both of them were so attentive and they each had such an eye for fashion. I honestly came in emanating a Mia Thermopolis vibe and left feeling like Crown Princess Amelia Mignonette Thermopolis Renaldi. Those two employees are setting the standard for what every single store of yours should be. They should be lavished with quarterly bonuses and yearly salary increases for their patience and kindness. And last but certainly not least, you should choose all of your future season choices based on their opinions because they are oh so right.

Tried to order stuff online, the order had no follow up regarding status of shipping after several days, then I had to reach out to the company for information, which they didn't have stating it could be a "technical error" with their system. One of my items shows up and the other doesn't, again I had to follow up asking why it hadn't arrived with my other clothing. They then stated they are having issues with their "inventory management system". Don't order online, apparently items are not in stock even though it is showing up available online and they have horrible communication with customers regarding online purchases and shipping.

Walked in here with a friend, before I even had a chance to get to the rack a rude employee approached me to tell me they only sell select sizes at this store as she sneered at me. What a toxic environment to shop. Absolutely do not enter this store if you are over a size medium. I encourage people who can fit into their "select sizes" to consider shopping with a more inclusive brand.

Beyond loving Club Monaco’s quality product, Lisa the Store Manager was delightful to chat with - very welcoming, helpful and informative with a positive and incredibly happy personality! The store itself is extremely organized and tidy. Glad the Mens section is back!!!

I usually shop this brand online because the selections are better. I had to go into the store to try on for a few coats because I was not too sure about my size. The lady worked in the store gave me a weird look and didn’t greet me even though there was no other shoppers in the store. She gave me a dirt look again when I was looking for my size. I felt a really bad vibe because I was not attractive looking and overweight. (Their clothing fits me) She was clearly indicating those factors when she gave me the dirt look. All in all, people shouldn’t be discriminated by their looks when they shop.
