I fell in love with a dress & didn't buy it. When I finally went back for it, it was gone. I went to 3 other Cleos in Winnipeg no luck. Website no luck, happened to be at Polo Park & went in to check at that cleo location. When I didn't see it I was bummed... but a lovely little lady named Grace came to my rescue I asked her if she could perform Miracles.. lol. I explained my story & she rushed off to the back & came back with the dress!Grace can perform miracles!! Lol I was so happy I hugged her. Lol
So happy..can't wait to wear it!!

the two women that looked after us were amazing1 I do believe the one young lady had only been there 4 days, and she was spectacular! I was so impressed over all.

On September 29, I visited this store with my mother and aunt, and we encountered an extremely unpleasant experience. There were two staff members and both were incredibly rude. Neither of them offered any assistance instead, they completely ignored us. One staff member was on her phone the entire time. When we approached them for help, their behaviour was so disrespectful. The staff member who was on her phone simply walked away while we were trying to talk to her. Both employees kept staring at us, making us feel very uncomfortable. I will never shop there again.

I love the dresses because I found sizes that fits me. The sales ladies were helpful choosing the right fit dress for me. I will definitely go back there again to shop my outfit in their store.

this is a shout out to Grace at the Polo Park location… one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met. Her enthusiasm for her job was evident. She was so kind, helpful and loving. Yes, loving. I was feeling Insecure about my body trying on clothes and she went above and beyond to make me feel better. She was attentive, helpful and if everyone was as kind as she is, the world would be a much better place. Love you girl! You deserve manager and all of the good things in life. JA

The ladies at Cleo were very pleasant and helpful with anything we needed while shopping there.
Being a Cleo card holder, I received 40% off both of my items and another already reduced item I received and extra 15% and a 5$ coupon off my next order for donation to breast cancer.
