Absolutely disgusted on the level of racial profiling by security and staff against a young Indigenous female. There was verbal abuse, excessive force, following. To a point the younger female was crying as she was trying to buy her grocery’s. I followed her because she was crying a scared all staff ganged up on this female . Even a customer began to harass her. I stepped in to advocate on her behalf. As I watched security follow and verbally harass this young lady while she cried and asked numerous to be left alone. I believe I may have even witnessed the security. Take the groceries out of her hands at one point. As they continued to tell her that she was stealing, I went with her. I walked with her to the till she grabbed her groceries. She paid for them. You guys continue to assume that she was stealing and was not gonna pay for her groceries. It’s absolutely disgusting the level of disrespect the level of racial profiling the fact that I asked for your managers information so that this could be dealt with and was treated like I had just done some thing and you guys refuse to give me the information of who your manager was so this could be brought to their attention some serious serious serious customer service skills really need to be implemented. Some training needs to go done, especially if you guys are gonna be in the inner city, where there is vulnerable people. In this situation, that female deserves an apology for what you guys did to her and the level of embarrassment you made her feel I went and talk to her outside after we had to finish and she was bawling at her boyfriend and her were very upset and they have every single reason to be upset you guys racially profiled and assumed that they were stealing, and then assumed that they were not gonna pay for their stuff when they paid for all of their things that they purchased.

I usually shop at this place and I have good impression of the staff. They are friendly and helpful except tonight when I encountered the cashier named NUR. She was unpleasant with everyone at the queue except for the guy behind us where she was so jolly and all smiles and was very excited to talk to him that she was not focus on her cashiering. She kept talking to the guy that she havent even finish our transaction. She should be reminded that she is working in a customer service environment and should do her other business after her shift.

This place has lots of homeless people just outside sitting at the door. They keep on asking for the money , it doesn’t feel great entering and leaving the store
Quality of fruits and vegetables in the store is very degraded, I took cucumbers and apples most of the time they are spoiled.

I do not recommend this store after yesterday's incident: On Sunday, October 6, I ordered products through the Flashfood app, which I had to pick up by October 14. On Tuesday, October 8, I came to pick up the order, but the supervisor said that my order was picked up on Sunday.
