They further enhanced this memorable experience by presenting him with a gift card, which I was more than pleased to purchase.My wife and I were incredibly moved by the exceptional service delivered by the team at Toys 'R' US. “Although TRU had shut down all their operations in the US, and I remember so many memories I got with the place, doing all my toys hunting, my only regret was not able to visit the big TRU in New York before everything closed.Yes, I really miss it, and now while visiting Canada I cannot pass on an opportunity to come here, just to relive it, my childhood toys from Power Rangers to TMNT thru out the 90s.Everything inside out still look and feel the same, from the entrance to the giraffe mascot, I was a bit skeptical because I walked the entire store but all I found was cars, dinosaurs and baby dolls; then something hit me, on the left corner is the big holy grail, all the collectibles from Neca, Dcs, Mattel, Hasbro, etc they had them all with just a little more careful display, empty boxes without any figures inside because you know thieves, I think that is quite smart, the thing I still don't like about TRU is their prices, it's more expensive than any other places like Target or Walmart, but they used to have a points program, just not apply to this anymore, since you can buy everything online and price match at Target for a better deal.Anyway I'm just glad TRU stood still against time, not often that you get to feel nostalgia in a long time. Well, Canada you did something right, you saved Toys R Us.”
“The team at the outlet mall location is the best! They help find things you couldn’t find on your own (because it’s hiding in plain sight ??) the store leader is great to her team! The are always happy to see their customers the work environment looks amazing to work for. Also I always find good deals at this location 1000% would recommend/ have recommended to family and friends ❤️❤️❤️”
“It looked closed due to the fact the doors were so dirty. But when I found my way in there was lots of toys to chose from along with price reductions on good brand name items. I did find the toys I wanted for my granddaughter at a reasonable price ! The staff came to the cashier once they seen there was a lineup”
“I had an amazing first experience selling clothes that my baby had outgrown! I was a bit nervous having read some of the reviews but I had an excellent experience from start to finish! Every associate I dealt with from when I dropped off the items to when I picked up the remaining were incredibly friendly. The cherry on top was that I walked away with only a handful of items left and some cash in my pocket!”

“A local shopping mall with a short walking distance, no multiple levels or elevators, a movie theater and a food court plus several mom and pop shops, I see GameStop, Spencer, Lids and H&M and that's about a hand full of known stores, other than that maybe a local wireless store called Bell, Coles a book store, some hobbies store, enough to get some foot traffic inside, hope they will expand in the future.”
“I don't come to old navy often but I appreciate the service I received today! Called and asked about returning a helix earring that I had bought but realized it wouldn't fit in my ear when I opened the package. They usually don't do returns on earrings for health reasons but the manager was nice enough to let me return it. Thanks once again!”
