To anyone who reads this.
I am extremely disgusted by the most recent reviews posted. I have been a customer for over many years at Chestnut Lane Boutique. I have never encountered any issues, problems or difficulty getting someone’s attention. On the contrary… the owner and sales team can’t do enough to assist, guide customers in making sure they walk out happy. Never ever would I have to return any items as there has never been a need in doing so. Also, everything has a price tag on it and yes, there is a no return policy. Have said all of this? There has never been a need in having to return anything. I can’t help wondering what the motive is behind these negative posts and are very uncalled for. Makes me very sad to read these comments knowing how very honest, kind, caring, understanding, extremely honest the owner and sales team are as I got to know them over the years. Please, don’t make a judgement after reading these negative posts. Find out for yourself by going to this boutique as you will experience the same spectacular customer service like I have experienced all of these years.

Heads up to anyone who buys from here !!! They do NOT do refunds, even if it’s ONE day after purchasing with tags still attached to the clothing items!
I’m really disappointed that this company is taking advantage of young adults who are literally living paycheck to paycheck. The fact they don’t do refunds on clothing items that haven’t even been worn is WEIRD AND SUSPICIOUS !!!
Do not give this company your business and your money! You can get other clothing items else where !!

won’t be surprised if this review was taken down, there will be more on Reddit and TikTok! The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. You go in there you will be 100% scammed. Please please ask questions before purchasing ANYTHING. It’s grossly expensive for absolutely unnecessary stuff 715.00 for a small low quality vest. Even if you have that amount in your account please be wise and invest it somewhere better. These people were horrible and they absolutely do not care about you!

Scammers!! The items have tags WITH NO PRICE, they ignore you when you ask for pricing of these items ANDDDD they distract you when paying for them. Take your money elsewhere.
