Chad was very accommodating when I wanted to look at a property with providing a ride to and from as I did not have a vehicle. He was very informative whenever I had questions regarding various aspects of the purchasing process. He let me know when he thought something didn’t seem quite right. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend Chad to any prospective property buyer.

Chad was a great realtor all around. He met all of our needs, he was very flexible and accommodating, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, was very knowledgeable with any questions we had (including electrical questions) and went above and beyond for us. We had a bad experience with our mortgage broker and Chad was patient and understanding through the whole process. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and we will definitely use him again to find another investment property!!
