From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to explain my options, ensuring I had the right vehicle for my needs. The process was smooth, and they even went above and beyond by offering a complimentary upgrade thanks to availability.

The staff was not only knowledgeable but also patient, answering all my questions with clarity. I had a small issue with the vehicle as I left the lot and they addressed it immediately with a replacement car, ensuring I didn’t experience any inconvenience.

The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Return was just as easy, and I appreciated how quickly everything was processed.

“Great Customer service. Though i live close to Regent, McPhilips is my new home. We planned for a family trip to enjoy the fall scenic and need a SUV with sun/moon roof. Customer rep Roop checked few other locations and helped us to get the SUV we want. Needless to say this was during the long weekend and she understood the need and gone extra mile to satisfy the customer.

“Tried to book a car last minute today, apparently book to the wrong location. The Young man tried his best to move the booking and get me a vehicle. Unfortunately it didn’t go my way, as they had nothing available. He handled it very well and it was wonderful to see how hard he tried.”

“I picked up Chevy Traverse before close and I told the guy who helped me I would bring it back around 6:30 pm on Wednesday. I filled up the car and brought it back at 7:15 pm. For being 45 minutes late I was charged $48. I've never had that issue with any car rental business. First time at Budget and most likely my last. It's not even about being charged $48 but I never received a call, text or email letting me know I would be charged extra. I'm very disappointed.Lauren the branch manager at Budget Car Rental reached out to me and cleared up the misunderstanding and apologized for charging me for being late. I was reimbursed for the extra amount charged. In the future I will look to book with Budget Car Rental because Lauren took the time to follow-up with me and address this misunderstanding. I've updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because speaking with Lauren she went above and beyond to sort this misunderstanding out. Thank you Lauren!”

While dropping off the car, I mentioned grabbing an Uber to the Art Museum and was offered a ride to it only 5 minutes away. A nice touch to already great service.”

“Experience was good. Employee was polite and courteous. Vehicle received was older, +60,000 kms with a crack runn8ng the full width of the windshield. Also had a second severe 1" bullseye chip on the passenger side. Car ran well. No issues. Fuel tank was holding a bit less fuel than what was reported on the contract. Drop off was easy and painless. No surprises on the final bill received by email. Final cost was exactly as detailed at time of pickup. Would rent again.”
